
Rather than barrage you with a bunch of marketing speak that won t help you decide to engage our services I thought I'd simply share our background and business philosophy.
I began recruiting in 1992. I've hired, trained and managed recruiters. I spent time in Corporate Human Resources designing recruitment programs for staff, management and executive level talent. Since 2004, I've been an entrepreneur and had the good fortune of building businesses from the ground up.
These experiences have helped define me personally and have set the foundation for Goldstone Partners business practices.
1. We believe that, most of the time, young companies should not pay recruiting fees for staff level hires.
2. Recruiting for privately held companies is different and the old-school methods are broken. We are setting a course for the future.
3. Often, the founders of a company are not the same people who will create a beneficial exit; successful entrepreneurs will have the courage to recognize their limitations and fill their gaps with talented professionals who can form a cohesive leadership team.

Kelley has been spreading her infectious energy around in the talent space since 2005. She has personally touched more candidates and had a positive impact on them than most recruiters do in a lifetime. Kelley holds her SPHR and applies her knowledge of internal HR Management as well as her experience as an inside sales specialist to help attract and guide our candidates toward their next great adventure. Kelley is a dedicated mom to her 4 year old son and when she’s not on the phone coaching a job seeker, she’s spending time with her family, watching sports or cheering her budding football star.
