Rather than barrage you with a bunch of ‘marketing speak’ that won’t help you decide

to engage our services I thought I’d spend some energy around our background and

business philosophy. 

 

I began recruiting in 1992.  I’ve hired, trained and managed recruiters.  I spent time in

Corporate Human Resources designing recruitment programs for staff, management and

executive level talent.  Since 2004, I’ve been an entrepreneur and have been fortunate

to have the opportunity to grow a business from the ground up. 

 

 

These experiences have helped define me personally and shape Goldstone Partners’ business practices.

· We believe that, most of the time, young companies should not pay recruiting fees for staff level hires

· Recruiting for privately held companies is different and the old-school methods are broken.  We are setting a course for the future.

· Often, the founders of a company are not the same people who will create a beneficial exit; successful entrepreneurs will have the courage to recognize their limitations and fill the gaps.
