· We don’t have an internal recruiter and outsource many of our Human Resource functions.

· When there is an open position in our firm the first thing we do is post the opening on the job boards.

· We decide what the interview process will be once we find someone who has the technical qualifications we require.

· Our voice mail boxes are full of third party recruiters who are pushing candidates on us.

· We decide the salary range for each position based on what the candidate made in their last position (and what we can afford).

· We end up swimming through 100s of resumes and interviewing more than 10 candidates for each hire

· We only hire a few people each year and cannot justify a full time person to build a pipeline of talent

· Third-party recruitment fees are so expensive that there is simply no way to justify the cost.
